There’s something to be said about society’s approximation about all things glamour and shiny. But what happens if your supposed calling doesn’t happen the way it’s suppose to?
How is one to reckon with one’s lot? And what value do we place on such individuals who dare to buck the system? To complicate matters what value do we place on such individuals and entities when they buck the system too fabulously?
Such an individual exists in the visage of newly acclaimed film director Voula Wolf Duval, who with her new short film ‘Trophy Wife,’ (soon to be made into a feature) filmed as a high voltage sexually charged coming of age story of two young women on a collision course to existential angst and being.
