Large independent bookstore, located in Westgate Mall, near the AADL library Westbranch. Not as big as Borders, but equally comfortable and the stock is well-chosen. Holds many readings and signing sessions with local authors. There is a kids book area and other areas for adults and specific topics. Ann arbor book saleSite of one of Ann Arbor's fairy doors. Has a nice selection of remaindered books at bargain prices on display outside the front door. You can call ahead and verify if the book you are looking for is in stock. If it is, they can put it on hold for 3 days. If it's not available they are usually able to order you a copy. |
