He hunts and survives off the land in the same way as the mountain men of the mids. Born of Indian ancestry and trained by true mountain men, Laramy uses only his handmade bow and a traditional caliber Hawken rifle to travel the routes once taken by the original mountain men.
The show takes Laramy all around the nation and even the world, from deep in the Canadian Rockies to the Midwestern plains.
